4. Configuration
We configure each room in Teams Admin Center, set up resource accounts, enable calendar integration, and configure room settings. We test audio, video, and content sharing to ensure everything works perfectly.
5. Training & Handoff
We train your team on how to use the system and provide documentation. We also train IT administrators on Teams Admin Center management.
Teams Rooms Licensing
Microsoft Teams Rooms requires a room license. Options include:
